Changing These Habits Will Help Control High Blood Pressure    




High blood pressure is treated with meds, but it is also necessary to change certain habits –which is something not everybody does. For example, getting more activity, not preparing for a marathon, but 30 minutes per day of walking running, even tai chi or gardening.
