Study: More Fiber In The Diet May Improve Blood Pressure    




Researchers have found that a diet rich in fiber can shift the type of bacteria in the gut. In turn, these bacteria produce substances called short-chain fatty acids, which reduce the risk of bowel cancer and improve the immune function.
