Study: Caffeine Reduces Inflammation In Older Adults, Slowing Aging    




A recent study has found that drinking coffee has a positive effect on reducing inflammation. Most age-related diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer’s, joint problems and some types of cancer, are caused by chronic inflammation.
