How To Limit Excess Sodium Intake?

How To Limit Excess Sodium Intake?

It is well-known that high sodium intake is related to hypertension. Most of the excess salt comes from processed food. Excess salt intake can be reduced by limiting the salt in cooking, tasting the food before adding salt, check the salt amount in seasonings, and replace salt with herbs and spices, among others.
